I. INTRODUCTION
---------------

Castle Siege is a card-based game.  The goal is to defeat an enemy castle and king.  

This game was inspired by the game Castle Wars created by Mads S. Lundemo.
Castle Wars can be found at http://www.kongregate.com/games/m0rkeulv/castlewars.

II. INSTALLATION
----------------

Unzip the application to a folder of your choice.
To run the application, launch the "CastleSiege.exe" file.

You will need WINRAR (http://download.cnet.com/WinRAR-32-bit/3000-2250_4-10007677.html) or another extracting tool to unzip the Castle Siege file.

II. KNOWN ISSUES
----------------

If you receieve the following error while trying to run CastleSiege.exe:

"to run this application, you must first install one of the following versions of .NET Framework: v2.050727
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET framework"

You will need to install .NET Framework:

IV. FEATURES

Castle Siege has an automatic version validator.  
If there is a new version, you will be prompted to download it.
If you would like to disable this feature, select "Off" from the "Options->Auto Check for Updates" menu option.
To manually check for updates, select the "Options->Check for Updates" menu option.
